Welcome to Iconink Studio, a premier permanent cosmetic studio dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Age Policy

1.1 Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent cosmetic services.

1.2 No services will be provided to minors, regardless of parental consent.

1.3 Valid state identification must be shown at the time of the appointment to verify age.

2. Services and Procedures

2.1 Our permanent cosmetic services are provided by licensed professionals.

2.2 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the procedure.

2.3 Results may vary, and touch-up appointments may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

2.4 Changes to the original service is not considered a touch up and will be charged as a new service.

2.5 Clients must follow pre- and post-care instructions provided by the studio for optimal results.

2.6 The studio follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Full payment for services is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise specified.

3.3 No Refunds are provided for completed services for any reason. In the unlikely event of a mistake it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free.  Please contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to find the best & quickest solution.

3.4 All major credit and debit cards are accepted and maybe subject to an additional 3% card processing fee.

3.5 CASH is preferred or bank transfer through Zelle.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling Late Policy

4.1 Cancellations can be made by client up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

4.3 Please notify the studio if you are running more than 15 mins. late

4.4 Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of their appointment due to interference schedule.

4.5 If you don’t NO-SHOW your appointment, on cancel on the day of Appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a $75 flat fee (including the deposit) will be charged.

5. Studio Policies

5.1 The studio reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.

5.2 The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

5.3 No guest or pets allowed inside during the session at the moment.

5.4 Service animals with paperwork may be permitted inside, please notify before appointment.

6. Deposit Policy 

6.1 Deposits will be applied towards the final cost of your service.

6.2 Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation or reschedule is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

6.3 In the event of the studio canceling the appointment, deposits are eligible for a refund.

6.3 Failure to show up to appointment, canceling / rescheduling less than 48 hours advance notice, or rescheduling more than twice will result in the forfeit of deposit.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 The studio is not responsible for allergic reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from the procedure.

7.2 Clients release the studio and its staff from any liability for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or after the procedure.

7.3 The studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

7.4 Confidentiality: It is our commitment to keep all client information confidential. No client data will be shared or disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
