Here are some recommendations to follow:
• Discontinue skincare products that have Retin-A(retinol), AHA/BHA 7 days before.
• Refrain from excessive sun exposure(tanning), before appointment, which can affect the procedure's outcome.
• Avoid Botox treatments in the treatment area for at least two weeks prior to your appointment.
• Limit alcohol and caffeine intake, for at least 24 hours before the procedure, as it may contribute to increased sensitivity.
• It's generally a good idea to arrive with clean, makeup-free brows/lips, so I can assess your natural features before the procedure. However, if you'd like to maintain a similar brow look, you're welcome to come with brow makeup on.
*Please note: No guest are allowed inside the studio during the service for your comfort and safety. Thank you

Immediately after the procedure, you may experience some redness and mild swelling, which usually subsides within a few hours or a day.
Over the next week or so, the treated area may scab, which is a normal part of the healing process. It's essential to avoid picking at the scabs to allow the pigments to settle properly.
Avoid intense physical activity on the day of the procedure, as sweating can affect the healing process. It's best to reschedule vigorous exercise for a day or two after the procedure.
Complete healing can take several weeks, during which the color may appear darker than expected. However, as the skin fully recovers, the color will lighten and reveal the desired results.
Typically, the full healing and final results can be expected within 4 weeks for brows and lips.

Following these guidelines will help ensure the best possible results for your Lip Blush:
• Keep your lips moisturized at all times for the first 5-7 days. Avoid letting them dry out and reapply the aftercare balm as needed.
• Avoid touching your lips with your hands and no kissing or friction for 5-7 days. This helps prevent infection and promotes healing.
• Avoid spicy, salty, and acidic foods for 5-7 days. These can irritate the area and slow down the healing process.
• Avoid hot drinks and alcohol for the first 48 hours. This will help reduce inflammation and discomfort.
• Avoid working out, sweating, and any exposure to steam or saunas for 5-7 days. Keeping your lips dry and cool will aid in faster healing.
• Do not pick, peel, or rub your lips as they heal. Let any flakes fall off naturally to avoid patchiness and uneven color.
• No makeup on or around the lips for 5-7 days. This reduces the risk of infection and irritation.
• Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks. Plan ahead to limit sun exposure and use a hat or other covering to protect your lips.

Following these guidelines will help ensure the best possible results.
• Keep your new brows dry until ALL flaking has stopped. This means keeping them dry in the shower, and avoiding sweating, saunas, and steam for the next 10-14 days. No working out until all flaking has finished.
• Cleanse morning or night for 10 days with mild soap or water only.
• Apply a thin layer of aftercare lotion to the brows 2-3x a day for 10 days.
• No makeup can go on or around the brows for 14 days. You may wear makeup around the brows, but leave at least one inch around them at all times to prevent infection.
• Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks. Please plan vacations and outings accordingly to avoid as much sun as possible.
• Do not touch, pick, rub, or scratch the brows. Do not pick the scabs or flakes as they come off, this will remove the pigment and lead to patchiness and scarring.
• No anti-aging or acne products on the brows ever (anything with Retinol, Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, etc.)
Do I offer Removal?
The truth about removal…
You will find artists who recommend saline removal, but for the same cost, laser treatment is more effective and causes less trauma to the skin. Don’t be afraid of the pain; it’s very quick!
This is why I don’t offer saline removal; my recommendation is to get laser treatment instead. It’s the most effective option for removing old ink!
How often are Touch-ups needed?
Brows
Touch-ups are typically needed every 12-18 months to maintain the look.
Additionally, a touch-up is recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment to ensure the best results.
Lips
Are typically needed every 1-2 years to maintain color vibrancy. The exact timing can vary based on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare instructions.
