No, brows tattoos are not typically painful. Clients are often surprised by how little it hurts, and some have even fallen asleep during the procedure.

A numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort.

To determine if I can go over previous work done by another artist, you will need to send me a photo of your current brows with no makeup to determine if I can.
